NXNW Lawns

A beautiful lawn doesn't happen by itself!

Why use NXNWL?

NXNWL uses professional grade parts and material, such as Hunter or Rainbird.  We use larger pipe size than most of our competitors. This is to insure that the sprinkler system has maximum flow rate no matter what water pressure or usage is in the house or neighborhood.
All our systems come with a wireless rain gage or rain sensor so that your lawn is not being watered while it’s raining or after a rain, thus saving water and money.

Reliability
We use only proven products from the most reputable manufacturers. We do not select parts simply because they are "on sale" or are the lowest cost. Our experience indicates that low priced components create low quality and unreliable systems. We select components for your sprinkler system based on your specific needs, your landscape, and your future plans.

Questions about reliability normally center on the equipment that will be used; however, equipment is only one facet of the system's reliability and longevity. Some other factors effecting reliability are:

Tips & Faq's

Will installing a sprinkler system damage my yard?
No, not the way NXNWL does the work. Many of our customers and their neighbors are amazed when we are done with a job. “We can hardly tell you were there,” many ask.

What are the benefits of an automatic lawn sprinkler system?

Saves water, enhances home’s value and saves time and effort. Gives freedom from watering hassles when you are away from your home

How long does a job take?
A normal job’s construction time is 1-2 days maximum

What about permits, backflow and marking utilities?
We take care of the permit process where applicable. We make sure the utilities are located and marked before we start digging. We install the proper backflow device suited for that particular

How long will it be warranteed?
All of our systems we install come with a free wireless rain sensor and a 3 YEAR COMPLETE SYSTEM WARRANTY along with a 1 YEAR 100% COVERAGE WARRANTY

Additional FAQ’s;

The grass is very thin under my trees. How can I improve the situation? The roots of the trees are competing with the grass for water and nutrients, leaving the grass with an inadequate supply of each. Also, the grass requires a period of direct sunlight in order to grow properly. Pruning trees, planting shade resistant grass, or planting ground cover such as pachysandra can help the situation.

What are grubs and is grub control needed on a yearly basis?Grubs are the larvae stage in the life cycle of a beetle. Damage occurs when the grubs feed on the root system of the turfgrass, causing the grass to die. A preventive grub control applied yearly will protect your investment in your lawn from the damage these insects cause.

When should I water my lawn? Lawns should be watered in the early morning for approximately 15 minutes, 3 days per week, depending on weather conditions. After a lawn application is made, wait 24 hours before watering the lawn. Do not water at night because it may lead to increased disease activity in the lawn.

There are a lot of leaves in my yard. Do you take care of them as well?Leaves are blown out of garden areas and are either raked or mowed with a  bagger. This is part of our annual contract. For non-contract customers this services is offered to you for a fee.
